BMW Plans to Bring 40 Self-Driving Cars to US and European Roads

“Smart Roads” Will Unlock Benefits From Self-Driving Cars

Cars, taxis and trucks sit in traffic inAre the so called “smart roads” the key to self-driving vehicles?

Model X Owner Sues Tesla After His Car Crashed Into His House

Apple Admits Plans for Self-Driving Cars

Nikola Debuts Hydrogen-Powered Semi Truck

The ceremony was held in an industrial area near downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, where the company is headquatered. It was in June when Trevor Milton, CEO and Nikola Motor Company founder, had announced plans to reveal Nikola One truck and build an advanced manufacturing plant providing thousands of new jobs. Four Major Cities to Ban Diesel Cars by 2025

Jaguar to Take on Tesla with First Electric SUV

Another Electric Car Tries to Challenge Tesla

modelx1The Danish designer Henrik Fisker officially unveiled his new all-electric luxury seadan, dubbed EMotion, after releasing a few teasers over the past few days.

Previously, Fisker worked as a design director at Aston Martin. Than he became famous with Fisker Automotive, which five years ago released the Karma – a five-door plug-in hybrid. However, Fisker lost $30 Million worth of cars in Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and its insurer refused to payout on the destroyed models. Continue reading

Elon Musk Unveils Tesla’s Solar Roof Tiles

800px-concrete_tile_re-roof_with_upvc_dormerTesla will build and sell its own line of solar tiles and updated battery storage system, the billionaire entrepreneur announced at a press event at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
In his presentation, Musk showed off Tesla’s glass solar roof panels that eliminate the need for traditional tiles. They would look far better than any similar product, according to Musk. The new tiles can be manufactured in a range of styles: Textured Glass Tile, Tuscan Glass Tile and Slate Glass Tile. Musk says that Tesla’s tiles are much more durable than conventional roof ones.
